Every beekeeper has some effect on the other beekeepers around them. If other beekeepers bees are weak and sick then that can make mine weak or sick. Personally I'm interested in helping others and that helps me. Being a part of TBoI, helps you to be well informed and represented on a state level as well as nationally if possible. We need to get other beekeepers to see the big picture and get them to understand they are helping others as well as themselves." by Jim Owen, Past Director IBA

There will be two (2) classes of membership for the purpose of association bylaws. (This is different from categories for payment of dues.)
Family membership is for two adults and their children 15 and under residing in the same household regardless of last name.
A family LIFE membership consists of 2 adults living in the same household. The membership is for the named adults and is not transferable. Should one of the adults move, the membership stays with the current address and will revert to an individual membership.
There are two ways you can join: mail or online. For more information about joining, call Robert Duffy at 317-726-6122 or email tboi.treasurer@aol.com. If you are attending an event, you may sign up on the event registration tab.
