By-Laws
These are usually matters that relate to the functioning of the board and its relationship to members. By-Laws define the governing and operational rules of the corporation under which the board of directors must operate on behalf of the members. They include when the board meets, when the membership meeting takes place annually, the term of office for board members, committees and other governance matters.
Amendment to our By-Laws require a board and a membership vote. See more in Article IX.

Policy and Procedures
Are developed by the board to help define standard operating procedures, and to set limits and safeguards on activities. They provide a roadmap for operations. They ensure compliance with laws and regulations and give guidance for decision-making. If you have any questions, contact Director Robert Duffy.
